Our dedicated Compliance & Systems Officer aims to ensure all policies and procedures are regularly audited through our CACS program. This ensures relevancy and accuracy in an evolving landscape of projects, clients and commitments. Independent auditing occurs to maintain the company’s continual improvement. We’re invested in the future growth of our business and community, with the goal of delivering quality service to ensure our clients’ projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Through our extensive range of policies and procedures, we fulfill all statutory obligations under relevant WHS legislation to provide employees, clients and visitors with a safe and healthy workplace.
We pride ourselves on recruiting local talent from the surrounding areas; people that value the land, are experienced with what they do and have fresh ideas. Their health, safety and welfare are paramount. They are fully ticketed and licensed, undergoing informative inductions with regular training and development courses completed in-house and by external suppliers.
Our extensive range of late model cranes, earthmoving plant and road transport equipment is compliant. The compliance department monitor the fuel efficiency of the entire fleet to highlight equipment for repair, replacement and to minimise fuel consumption and in turn, the companies carbon footprint.
